Authenticity Policy
We do not list a card when authenticity is in doubt. This page describes our verification process and our responsibilities to buyers.
1. Verification Process
Each single card is checked for surface quality (strong lighting, corner inspection), print colour density (compared against known authentic reference cards), thickness and hand feel, and known counterfeit indicators common in the current market. Sealed products are checked for resealing signs when suspected.
2. Limits of Our Verification
Our verification is manual — we do not use professional thickness gauges or third-party grading services for every card. For modern English-print cards where we lack confidence, we will note this clearly in the listing or not list the product.
3. Counterfeit Policy
If after receiving your order you have convincing evidence that a card is counterfeit (clear photos, reference comparison), we will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
4. Sourcing
We primarily source from: sealed products from reputable distributors, and personal collections from sellers who can verify provenance. We avoid purchasing large lots of unknown origin.
