1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchase transactions for products and services between you (the buyer) and our store (the seller) conducted through this website or via direct chat channels.

2. Ordering and Confirmation

An order is considered valid after we send written confirmation (via email or chat). We reserve the right to refuse an order if a product is out of stock or if inaccurate information is detected.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on the website include VAT (where applicable) and are in VND. We are not liable for pricing errors due to technical faults, but will notify you before processing the order. Accepted payment methods are described in the Payment Policy.

4. Product Descriptions

We strive to describe product conditions accurately and honestly. Card conditions are graded according to the standards described in the Card Condition Guide. Actual colours may differ slightly from images due to monitor settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the actual value of the order. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law.
